Wales have suffered an injury scare just weeks after Rhys Patchell was driven off against Ireland during their Test match.
After colliding with CJ Stander, the left the pitch in the Aviva Stadium to get a head-injury evaluation throughout the first half.
He was replaced by Dan Biggar and did not go back to the game.
Patchell has suffered an injury-hit effort, suffering hamstring and concussion problems, and made his first Test start in.
The Scarlets player just secured his place after an impressive functionality in last week’s defeat at Wales’ World Cup squad to Ireland in Cardiff.
Warren Gatland is without Gareth Anscombe, who sustained a severe knee injury throughout Wales’ World Cup warm-up game against England last month and will miss the tournament in Japan.
Wales begin their World Cup campaign against Georgia.
