Rhys Patchell forced off in Wales’ final World Cup warm-up match with head injury

Wales have suffered an injury scare only weeks following Rhys Patchell was forced off through their Test match.
The left the pitch at the Aviva Stadium for a head-injury assessment through the first half after colliding with CJ Stander.
Dan Biggar replaced him and did not return to the match.
Patchell has endured an injury-hit effort, suffering hamstring and concussion issues, and made his first Test start in over a year from Ireland on Saturday.
The Scarlets player secured his place at Wales’ World Cup squad after an impressive functionality in last week’s defeat to Ireland at Cardiff.
Warren Gatland is without Gareth Anscombe, who sustained a severe knee injury during Wales’ first World Cup warm-up game against England last month and will miss the championship in Japan.
Wales start their World Cup campaign against Georgia.
